Welcome to 4i. By using our platform to upload, create, or share media, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us. Please review these terms carefully.

1. Infrastructure & Global Processing

4i is primarily hosted and operated from servers located within the European Union (EU). We strive to maintain high standards of data security in accordance with regional regulations.

However, users should be aware that our advanced AI capabilities, including AI Video Generation, AI Storytelling, and AI Music Video Synthesis require significant computational power. To provide these services, the platform frequently makes API calls to specialized processing clusters located outside the EU, most commonly in the United States of America. By utilizing these AI tools, you acknowledge and consent to the international transfer of data required for these computations.

2. Content Creation & Ownership

Our platform empowers users to generate and share diverse forms of media. Our licensing model is designed to foster a boundary-less creative environment.

AI-Generated Content

All assets created via our tools (Stories, Music Videos, and AI-modified visuals) are intended for community-driven innovation. Due to the collaborative nature of generative AI, the platform encourages the free flow of these assets.

User Uploads & Licensing

By uploading video files or other media to 4i, you grant the platform and its global user base an irrevocable right to access that content. To facilitate the "open-source" spirit of the 4i gallery, all content uploaded to or created on the platform is dedicated to the Public Domain.

Once content is uploaded, it becomes part of the public commons. You should expect that any user who finds your media on 4i may download, use, remix, or redistribute it for any purpose without further authorization. If you require copyright protection or privacy for your media, you should not upload it to 4i.

3. Privacy Policy

We collect essential information to manage your account and improve our generative models.

Account Information: We store usernames and email addresses on our EU servers.

Usage Metadata: We track how our AI models are utilized to optimize performance.

Processing Disclosure: While your account data remains largely in the EU, the content of your AI prompts or uploaded videos may be processed in the United States during the generation phase.

Please note that because all media is released into the public domain, any personal likeness or information contained within your uploaded or generated videos is publicly accessible once shared.

4. Limitation of Liability

4i provides a medium for public domain exchange. We are not responsible for the actions of third parties who may find and use your content. We provide no warranties regarding the uniqueness or exclusive ownership of AI-generated results.
